We were not able to go due to a death in the family 

Denise did a wonderful job supporting us because of our cancellation. She was a big help in filing the insurance claim and handling cancellations. 

Alaska Cruise 

Denise is wonderful. She is always on top of things and well organized. She showed her ability to quickly react to changing circumstances, mostly due to COVID. She used her expertise and experience to find the best stateroom, ship, and itinerary for our Alaska cruise. Bravo!

Great advisor Denise Schwab 

I was so happy by the great advice and care Denise Schwab took in booking our travel. She took care of every detail as of she was taking the trip herself. She had great advice on suggestions for what to do and where to go. Things like “make sure you take advantage of the complimentary lunch at the hotel Grand Bretagne “ or go to this hidden little place in the hotel. Suggested doing a tour with a private guide around Athens which turned out to be one of many highlights of the trip. Did a good job of balancing finances with value. Even though I thought I was very well traveled, Denise had so many littke tips and trips. Her suggestions of gently making sure I did some things in advance paid off 100 fold in making the actual journey so smooth. I went to a Denise Schwab planned Virtuoso event which had more fun travelers getting together, I know we will be meeting again. It was obvious Denise had taken the extra time to think through all details so that everything went amazing! 

Uniworld Boutique River Cruise 

Your request is some what premature as we have not taken the cruise yet. Denise has been very good to work with but on this particular trip and previous trips. This particular trip we have had to cancel at least once, thank you Covid, we are just getting started again. The one we had to cancel was a dream and involved hotels, luxury trains, cars, flights etc.,and thanks to Denises hard work we knew what to expect, I think the rebooking will turn out just as well. I like working with Denise and look forward to working with her in the future.

Denise is simply the best 

Always goes the extra mile when responding to our questions and needs for assistance. Denise is polite, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable with all processes involving international and domestic travel. 

Made all arrangements, had wheelchairs at each transfer. 

Every thing was arranged so we never had to worry about anything. She is the best! 

5 weeks in Asia 

Denise coordinated all details for our month in SE Asia and we are so grateful for her! We loved every hotel recommendation and the transfers were all seamless. She even suggested different islands and locations which I appreciated. She was very quick to respond (no matter what time it was!) and very patient. We will use her again!

No detail left out 

Outstanding! She makes travel as easy as it can be. Every detail is attended to. The suggestions for shore excursions were bang on for us. In addition she was the Virtuoso host. In that role she was really great. She went the extra mile by making sure we knew virtually all our fellow Virtuoso travelers. She had dinner with almost everyone and was very visible on the ship.
